Electrical Lead -- Owl Strike
Designed an end-to-end embedded data acquisition and control system integrating MATLAB with Arduino via serial communication, enabling real-time drone signal capture and playback. Architected hardware signal recreation pipeline using TCA9548A I2C multiplexer and MCP4018 digital potentiometer to replay signals acquired through Arduino Uno ADC. Reconstructed drone flight trajectories from time-stamped sensor data, achieving positional tracking error of 7.21% between recorded and replayed movement profiles.

Junior Planning Engineer -- 7-Bus Grid Expansion Project
Designed and validated a grid upgrade for a 7-bus, 130 kV system to accommodate a 510 MW load increase from a new data center. The initial grid suffered severe undervoltages (bus voltages as low as 0.53 p.u.) and thermal overloads (lines at 173% of MVA rating). Using PowerWorld Simulator, I selected line re-conductoring, capacitor banks, and a 40 MW solar farm to bring all bus voltages above 0.95 p.u. and all line loadings below 100% -- using only 75 of 100 available credits. Bonus: Critical Clearing Time analysis in MATLAB/Simulink.

Drone-Mounted Air Quality Sensor System
Developed a drone-mounted air quality monitoring payload as part of an ASME Philadelphia Section-funded engineering design project. The Flight Pod integrates a Nicla Sense ENV sensor (O3, NO2, temperature, humidity, TVOC, eCO2) and GPS on an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, logging synchronized 14-column CSV data to microSD at 3-second intervals. Post-flight, a custom MATLAB pipeline generates georeferenced AQI heatmaps overlaid on OpenStreetMap tiles using scattered interpolation and EPA AQI breakpoints. Collected 200+ data points across two test flights at 30-90m altitude. Mentored Northeast High School students in Arduino/C++ engineering fundamentals as community outreach.
